This is not actually a book, but a loose collection of arms. The 315 different arms were issued in large sheets and were publised as small sheets of 9 arms each. There is no additional texts or explanations. The date of issue or publisher are unknown. From the images and cities included it can be concluded that the book was published between 1900 and 1914. Most likely before 1905. It contains the arms of Ludwigshafen granted in 1900 and the arms of (Bad) Kanstatt, which was incorporated into Stuttgart in 1905.
